The team at Equi-Venture Farms is made up of dedicated direct care staff, health care coordinators, directors, supervisors, and administrative professionals who work together to keep Equi-Venture running smoothly each day. Each member of our team plays an important role in supporting the individuals we serve, ensuring their safety, well-being, and opportunities for independence. Through teamwork, compassion, and commitment, our staff helps carry out our mission of “Changing Lives One Day at a Time.”
The DirectorsFrank has served as CEO of EVF since 2020. He leads the organization’s mission to provide a supportive, inclusive environment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focusing on growth, independence, and community engagement.
Chief Executive OfficerExecutive DirectorFrankie has been with EVF since its founding and has been instrumental in shaping its development into the organization it has become. He now serves as the Executive Director, helping to guide the organization's mission every day.
Chuck has served as the Quality Assurance Director at EVF since 2020. He helps ensure our programs and supports maintain a high standard of quality and consistency, so all participants' needs are met.

As part of our mission to enhance the lives of clients, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to adults with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities in a home or day service setting. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, medication administration, and ensuring the well-being of those under your care.

✓ 1-2 Years of Experience in Home Health Caregiving
✓ Valid Driver’s License
✓ Behavioral Health Experience
✓ US Work Authorization
✓ Ability to Work Flexible Hours, including Weekends, Evenings, & Overnights.
✓ Demonstrated Ability to Communicate both Verbal & Written
✓ High School Diploma or GED
